Amsterdam based denim boutique Tenue de Nimes collaborated with Japanese denim specialist Big John. The collection contains four different jeans. A short made of lightweight neppy denim (2/1 twill), they used a technique from back in the 60′s on this one. Furthermore the collection offers a denim custom fitted chino, which is slim fit tappered from the crotch down and features 14.5oz denim. Next is the 12oz koiai 2 denim 1968 pocket shape jeans. It features a tight tapered fit with medium rise. Last but certainly not least is the Kuro Selvage model, a black denim 1968 pocket shape jeans with a slim tappered fit.
All four items feature subtle brand tags from both Tenue de Nimes as well as Big John. The short is limited to 17 pairs and the other three jeans are limited to 24 pairs each. The collection is now available at Tenue de Nimes, both in-store as well as online.
