A new video of the Bugatti 16C Galibier concept car has turned up. After turning up in 2009 on the IAA motorshow event for the first time they came back with a new video this week. It has a 8 liter W16 engine which delivers around 800 horsepower. The 16C still has its 8 exhaustings, Bugatti has no plans to downside the car.
