PONY (Product Of New York) is working hard lately. And it is showing off. Ricky Powell, known for his amazing photographs but also for his relationship with the Beastie Boys (they even call him the fourth Beastie Boy), is collaborating with PONY on a new PONY sneaker. The collab sneaker is called the Vintage Slamdunk and is made of ‘vegan friendly coated canvas’ material. Ricky Powell will exhibit his work in the Amsterdam concept store SPRMRKT on the 28th of September. Furthermore Powell is giving a guest lecture in Pakhuis De Zwijger in Amsterdam in collaboration with PONY and men’s style magazine CODE.
